Standard. Unlimited on-site call-outs, 24-hour response, quarterly preventive maintenance, backup monitoring. 15 to 60 users.
Comprehensive. Priority 8-hour response, dedicated engineer, server and network monitoring, quarterly review with written reporting. 60 users and above.
We will audit your setup at no charge: Wi-Fi coverage and dead spots, switch load and cabling condition, server and storage health, whether your backups actually restore, obvious security gaps, and hardware nearing end of life. You get a written summary whether or not you contract with us.
