A3 monochrome — M series

M 2310N (23 ppm), M 2810N (28 ppm). Compact and economical for smaller offices.

A3 colour — IM C series

IM C2000, IM C2500, IM C3000, IM C3500, IM C4500, IM C5500, IM C6000. Full colour print, copy and scan for offices currently outsourcing colour work.

A4 printers and MFDs

P 311 (32 ppm print), M 320F (32 ppm print/copy/scan), M C251FW (25 ppm colour with Wi-Fi).

Every machine is available three ways: outright purchase, monthly rental with everything included, or purchase plus AMC. We will walk you through the three-year total cost of each so you can compare properly rather than comparing sticker prices.

Genuine Ricoh toner

We supply genuine Ricoh toner for current and older models. If you are buying compatible cartridges to save money, ask us to show you the drum wear — the saving usually disappears once you count the replacement drum.
