A large share of printer faults never need an engineer. Error codes, jams that keep recurring, scan-to-email breaking after a mail policy change, drivers failing after a Windows update, machines dropping off the network — these are diagnosed and fixed on a call.
Under AMC you get that line whenever you need it. For faults that genuinely need hands on the machine, we attend on-site across Jaipur and Rajasthan, and arrange attendance elsewhere as part of your contract.
Fixed annual contract. One figure for the year, paid annually or quarterly. Best when your volume is steady and you want budget certainty.
Cost per page. You pay only for what you print, at an all-inclusive rate set by your machine and monthly volume. Best when volume fluctuates seasonally, and it makes departmental cost allocation straightforward.
Without a contract, a single fuser replacement can cost more than a year of cover, and you wait days for a part to be sourced. Under AMC the part is our problem and the response time is contractual. There is also a quieter benefit: machines under a maintenance contract last meaningfully longer, because they get cleaned and calibrated on a schedule rather than only after a fault.

Before quoting we assess the machine: current page count, wear on consumable parts, error history and remaining service life. If a machine is genuinely at end of life we will say so rather than sell you a contract on it. This assessment can be done remotely from counter readings and photographs.
