A network is the one part of an office that everything else depends on, and the one part most often done cheaply. Ech El Bee designs and installs office networks — for new offices being fitted out, and for existing ones where slowdowns, dead Wi-Fi zones and dropped connections have become a daily tax on productivity.
Survey. We assess the floor plan, distances, obstructions that kill Wi-Fi, and how many devices you actually need to connect. For locations outside our on-site area we do this remotely from your floor plan and photographs.
Design. A written plan with equipment list, cable routes, access point positions and a clear cost — before anything is bought.
Installation. Cabling run and terminated cleanly, hardware configured, everything labelled.
Testing. Every port tested and certified. Wi-Fi coverage verified across the whole floor.
Handover. Documentation you keep — a network diagram, IP scheme and credentials — so you are never hostage to one vendor.
If you have a local cabling contractor but need someone to specify the network properly, we will do the design, produce the equipment list, and configure the hardware before it ships. Your contractor pulls the cable; we make sure what runs over it is right.
If you are taking new premises, bring us in during the interior work, not after. Running cable behind finished walls costs several times more than running it before the false ceiling goes up, and access point positions are far easier to get right at that stage.
Common problems we are called in for: Wi-Fi that drops in half the office, file transfers that crawl, a switch quietly running at capacity for two years, cabling that was never tested, and no documentation because the person who set it up has left. We will tell you what genuinely needs replacing versus what is fine — usually less than people expect.
